"Two years ago I was a member of a popular health club
in Deptford, New Jersey doing what I thought was a
good workout. I decided that I should get a personal
trainer to help me out. There was no question that I
would choose Freddie
Ganno
as that trainer. He was always friendly and
helpful when I had a question. In conversations with
him he discovered I had injured my shoulder. Whenever
he could, he steered me in the right direction, so I
wouldn't re-injure my shoulder. So if he was that
helpful when I wasn't even his client yet, how helpful
would he be when I was?
Freddie devised a plan to make my workouts more
efficient, more effective, and definitely more fun.
My body started to transform. Since then I have left
this health club, but he has continued to be my
trainer. He has been coming to my house to train me
for the past year. It is so convenient!! There is no
wasted time traveling to a health club; my health club
comes to me. He brings all the necessary equipment.
I do not need to purchase anything.
I
have been training with Freddie at home for about a
year now, and for the first time in my life I am happy
with my body. I have gotten strong and healthy
keeping my cholesterol and blood pressure down, and
much to my doctor's surprise, (because of my family
history), am also keeping my sugar down. The other
nice benefit is other people are noticing the changes
too. I have had two sisters-in-law, at totally
different dates and times, ask me if I have had breast
augmentation!! Because I have built chest muscles, I
actually have gone up one bra size! Not bad for a 45
year old woman. One friend and several neighbors have
commented on how much more shapely my legs look. As my
friend said, "No more bulges!" And the men in my
bowling league have not been shy about voicing their
approval either.
Freddie has not only helped me with overall
appearance, but in turn, has increased my confidence.
Workouts are effective, efficient, and with Freddie's
personality and great sense of humor, they are also
fun."

"As a busy professional, I needed a training program
to fit my schedule. I started working with Freddie
about a year ago. By following Freddie's menu
recommendations and training with him 2 to 3 times a
week, I was able to reach my goal weight and lose
inches off my waist and hips within 12 weeks. I went
from 140 pounds to 125 pounds between August and
October. My workout sessions have been varied,
including both anaerobic
and aerobic type activities. I'm even learning to
box! I have been able to
stay within 5 pounds of my goal weight over the
course of the year by
watching what I eat, exercising on a regular basis
and continuing to train
with Freddie a couple of times a week. I have more
energy and feel better about myself all around. I'm
working towards reaching my optimal health!
